Tope Alabi – Jesu Ni

Tope Alabi is a Nigerian gospel singer, actress, and film music composer known for Yoruba language Christian music. Born 27 October 1970 in Lagos, she developed interest in singing through church activities while growing up with roots in Ogun State.

Tope Alabi, whose real name is Patricia Temitope Alabi, studied Mass Communication at the Polytechnic Ibadan and graduated in 1990. She began her entertainment career through acting and performance before becoming recognised for singing and composing music for Yoruba films.

Jesu Ni is a Yoruba gospel song by Tope Alabi released in 2026 as part of her album IMOLE. The title translates as It is Jesus, reflecting the song’s direct focus on Jesus and its devotional presentation within the album.
